Meet the Business Owners: Paul & Linda Lord

Between Paul and Linda, they have more than 35 years of combined business and customer service experience before opening their business in 2006. As a team, they take pride in providing service to their customers. Since opening, we have received several awards, including Rookie of the Year 2007.

History: Established in 1977

The Cleaning Authority was one of the first team-cleaning concepts in the Baltimore-Washington metro area. In 2006, local owners Paul and Linda Lord opened a branch of The Cleaning Authority in the Olympia area. Then, in 2011, they opened up an additional office that was based in the Tacoma area. Between the two offices, the Olympia-Tacoma Cleaning Authority currently provides cleaning services to more than 800 local homes.

Our mission is to provide you and your loved ones with superior green home cleaning that protects your family and preserves the planet at the same time. We use environmentally responsible house cleaning products, along with HEPA vacuums and microfiber dusting cloths, which are preferred by U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Service. Together, the use of these products help safeguard to you and your family from toxic airborne pollutants.
