About The Cleaning Authority - Northern Kentucky
After becoming a mother at a young age and relying on only a high school diploma throughout her career, Susan Levermann turned to franchising as a way to take initiative in her career and become her own boss. After spending nearly 30 years as an administrative assistant, she has finally embarked on her journey to build her own company. She looks forward to creating job opportunities for other young parents in need of work.
Susan started working right out of high school as an administrative assistant, giving her extensive experience and insight into the business world. She decided to become a franchisee with The Cleaning Authority because she wanted to take control of her own career and work with people in her own community.
Family is a priority for Susan. She has four boys, the eldest being 33, married, and raising 3 children of his own already. Her younger boys are 25, 21, and 16 years old. This foundation of family helps her understand the benefit of our house cleaning services—giving parents the freedom to spend more time with their kids.
Why Start The Cleaning Authority - Northern Kentucky?
Susan wanted to start a business of her own that she would be able to serve the community with—all while working alongside individuals who can relate to her own experiences. She also volunteers at Care Net, a pregnancy center that offers parenting classes for mothers and fathers. Her vision is to partner with similar agencies in the future to provide jobs for struggling parents in her local community.
