Kevin Andal spent years in his family’s restaurant business, working long hours and late nights. After deciding that he didn’t want his career to intrude on his family life, he got out of the restaurant business and became a realtor and house flipper. “I had two kids at the time, age five and one, and I knew I didn’t want to miss seeing them grow up because of work,” he said. When flipping houses become more competitive as the housing market changed, Kevin began to explore other options.
After looking at many different business and franchise options, Kevin finally came across The Cleaning Authority. “I’ve been looking for a business for years that I could get into, and this is the first one that I actually saw that had potential,” he said. The business model, software, and the Detail-Clean Rotation System all really stood out to him.
Kevin also said that his positive experience in the discovery process, as well as the corporate team’s reliability, helped him make his decision to franchise with The Cleaning Authority. “Everyone every step of the way has done what they said they’d do. Kevin believes that The Cleaning Authority stands out because of the unique information systems and technology offered. He thinks that the ability for him to have tracking data on his housecleaners will impress customers in his target market. “Those kind of details are important, particularly in my neighborhood, where there are a lot of not only affluent, but tech savvy people that are going to like that I can show them exactly where we were or where we are, those kinds of things,” he explained.
Kevin is looking forward to taking over The Cleaning Authority in his market of Bellevue, Washington, and excited to bring a great service to the area.
