Jack Zollo brings years of business experience to his new role with The Cleaning Authority. He spent most of his professional career working for American International Company (AIG) in various operations roles. “I have been responsible for managing teams and projects to improve efficiency, overseeing budgets and expenses, developing sales systems (CRM), and providing mentorship to analysts, developers, and sales professionals to be successful,” Jack said.
Jack is also working towards his MBA and is expected to graduate in 2018. After his long career with AIG, he looks forward to realizing his dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. “I have always wanted to own my own business,” Jack said.
He looked into more than 40 franchise options and chose to become a franchisee with The Cleaning Authority because the model fit his skillset. Since sales isn’t part of his background, he liked the idea that the franchise wouldn’t just be retail or marketing the business. Jack will bring his strong team management and operational skills to the new business. “I will have the opportunity to hire and manage a team of employees and build their success with the brand,” he said.
Jack sees a huge need for The Cleaning Authority’s business model in the Massapequa community as local incomes are on the rise. “Recently, the area has gotten strong as far as income. There is more of a demand for a residential cleaning service as the number of dual-income households are on the rise,” he said. “I also have personal friends and family that have cleaning services, but without the reliable system that The Cleaning Authority provides to ensure high-quality service. I think the business will be a great fit for the market.”
