Angela Collins has been working at The Cleaning Authority in Birmingham, Alabama for a year and a half. She is studying medical billing and coding at the Fortis Institute. Collins often does one-person cleans so that she can finish her shifts in time to make it to her four o’clock classes. She has a great attitude and is a reliable employee that will continue working with The Cleaning Authority until she obtains work in her field of study.

Claudia D. Moya Sanchez studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio and is working towards her goal of becoming a lawyer. She is a hardworking student who maintains outstanding grades while taking rigorous courses and balancing involvement with numerous Youth Outreach Programs. She is hoping to build a future for herself and family and is inspired by her hardworking single mother. The scholarship will aid in paying for books and resources for school so she can continue pursuing her goal.

Diego Gomez is the husband of The Cleaning Authority of Palm Beach Office Assistant, Paola. Ricardo and Belen Barrozzi, franchisees of The Cleaning Authority of Palm Beach, have appreciated Paola’s contributions to the growth and success of their office through her work as an assistant. They recognized how important it was for her husband Diego to go to law school to accomplish his goals of working in constitutional law, so thought he was a great candidate for the scholarship. With the help of the scholarship money, Diego will attend Nova Southeastern University in June part-time and will continue to work full-time to provide for his wife and son.

Kaitlyn Spurgeon is an employee of The Cleaning Authority of Grayslake, is thrilled to receive The Cleaning Authority CARES Scholarship. Kaitlyn has been an employee of The Cleaning Authority for two years, while juggling school work to earn a degree from Maccormac College in Chicago, IL. She hopes to become a court reporter and is in her final year of study. The scholarship from The Cleaning Authority CARES will help support her as she completes her degree. Kaitlyn is hoping to build a brighter future for not only herself, but her family and siblings. She is a valued employee at The Cleaning Authority, with a hard work ethic that carries over from her daily work to her educational studies.

Natalie Leanos is currently studying to become a dental hygienist at Central New Mexico Community College. As a recipient of this scholarship, Natalie will be able to take more classes at school to achieve her degree sooner. She's studying a field she's passionate about where she also gets to help people and is also honored to be the first in her family to pursue higher education. Natalie has managed to maintain a 3.5 GPA all while working at The Cleaning Authority full-time and the scholarship will allow her to dedicate more time to education without the financial stress that accompanies the endeavor.

Rilie Barnes is the daughter of The Cleaning Authority of Gladstone’s inspector, is excited to receive a scholarship from The Cleaning Authority CARES. Jay and Tami Stone, franchisees of The Cleaning Authority of Gladstone, watched Rilie grow up into an aspiring and dedicated young woman. For most of her life, Rilie was raised by a single mother, so she was around the office often. The team recognized how important it was for Rilie to go to college to pursue her dream of being an athletic trainer and knew what a financial burden it was for her mother so she made a great candidate for the scholarship. With the help of the scholarship money, Rilie will continue her education at University of St. Mary's and achieve her dream of being an athletic trainer.

Rosario Arteaga is the daughter of Rosario Esquirel Zetina, a valued employee of The Cleaning Authority of Sacramento. Rosario Arteaga is a hard-working student at Sacramento State University studying to be a social worker. Her goal is to help the local community and minority groups through her career. Rosario is already working toward this goal every day outside of her school work – she is a local volunteer and resource guide to help those in need. This scholarship will help her take one step closer towards turning her passion for helping others into a career.

Zachary Parker is the son of a The Cleaning Authority of Frederick employee, was recognized with a scholarship from the company for his excellent grades at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Zachary is majoring in Painting and also completing a minor in Critical Studies, which requires additional workload and intellectual maturity. As an aspiring artist, the burden of financial responsibility was a threat for him to thrive creatively, so the scholarship will help him complete his degree and pursue an art career.
