Nemesis Silva was working multiple restaurant and retail jobs when she found The Cleaning Authority in 2011. She discovered a sense of stability with this cleaning job that she'd never had before. "I know I work Monday through Friday and that's it," says Nemesis. "I get to spend my weekends doing what I love and spending time with my family."
She also discovered the support available to employees that want to continue their education when she decided to go back to school to pursue and Associate's Degree. "The Cleaning Authority was more than happy to work with me to leave early in order to get to my classes on time," she says.
Nemesis has become a valuable teammate and resource for her fellow employees, working her way up to help train new employees and taking on responsibilities like interviewing, scheduling, and inspecting. Nemesis hopes to pursue a managerial track with The Cleaning Authority.
