A summer job became
a fulfilling career

Dericka Francis was working as a teacher in 2000 and realized that she needed a job to get her through the summer. She joined The Cleaning Authority as a Professional Housecleaner and quickly discovered that she enjoyed the freedom of working without a boss watching over her shoulder. At the end of the summer, she made the decision to leave her teaching job and stay with The Cleaning Authority.

Dericka worked her way up to Quality Inspector and now works in the office, assisting in training new locaiton owners as they prepare to open their own offices. "This company has change me in a positive way," she says. "I've learned how to be a leader."

Pre-qualifications:

  • Complete and pass Assistant Manager Training Course
  • Meet all job requirements of Quality Inspector

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of daily operations
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution skills
  • Assist with routine office tasks as assigned
  • Support management in office goals and objectives
  • Be proficient in software and computer skills
