Barbara Paredes was referred to The Cleaning Authority by a friend who was already working there. She stopped by the office and interviewed on the spot for a job as a Professional Housecleaner. Nine years later, she’s still with the company, cleaning houses and helping in the office when needed.
Barbara enjoys the freedom that comes with her job, especially being able to move around a house as she works instead of standing in one place all day, every day. As the mother of two daughters that both play sports, she appreciates the established Monday through Friday hours that give her the free time she needs to be able to attend their games. Being paid every week is also a positive.
Barbara was recently honored as Employee of the Year at The Cleaning Authority’s annual convention. “They always tell me when I’m doing a good job,” says Barbara, who feels that the years of service she has with the company is something that’s respected by her employer. “I like my work. No experience necessary as training is provided. All Professional Housecleaners must complete and pass the Professional Housecleaner training course.
Requirements:
- Arrive on time for work and have exemplary attendance
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Give 100% effort with a quality-oriented approach
- Follow the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Clean 3-5 houses per day efficiently, with a focus on excellence
- Work collaboratively with a team
- Follow office policies and procedures
Pre-qualifications:
- Complete and pass Certified Professional Housecleaner Training Course
- Meet all job requirements of Professional Housecleaner
- Pass routine quality inspections
- Have a full understanding of the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Follow cleaning processes to guarantee consistent high-quality cleans for every customer
- Assist team members as needed
- Make sure all supplies and equipment are properly accounted for, sanitized, and maintained
- Positively interact with customers to elevate The Cleaning Authority experience
