Hiring a Professional Housecleaning company can be a big step, and it’s important to do your research to make sure you hire the right company for you. You might wonder about things like how often you should have your home cleaned, are cleaning services even worth it, or how long the Professional Housecleaners will spend in your home on each visit?
At The Cleaning Authority, we know from decades of experience that every home is different. Before we take on any new client, we want to make sure we understand every aspect of their home to ensure our Professional Housecleaners are spending the proper amount of time in the home and that they are getting all of our great services in the time that makes most sense for their home.
The first step in telling us about your home is completing an online estimate. On the form, we ask the following items about your home.
House Type
We want to know if you live in a single family, townhome, apartment, or condo.
Square Footage
Providing the size of your home will help us to know how much space needs to be cleaned.
Your Rooms
Let us know the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. We’ll also ask about any additional rooms, like a den, living room, office, playroom, and basement.
Once you’ve received an online estimate, you can schedule an in-home estimate where a representative from your local office of The Cleaning Authority will come to your home. At this time, they will ask to be walked through the home so they can see each room that will need to be cleaned.
Following the walkthrough, they will be able to more accurately estimate how long the Professional Housecleaners will need to spend in your home to get it sparkling clean. They will also be able to provide pricing.
During the in-home estimate, a member of The Cleaning Authority will also go over our Detail-Clean Rotation System with you so you know what to expect.
Once completed, all that’s left to do is schedule your first clean!
